Toolo
After the fall of planet kanassa by Bardocks team, Toolo emerges from the rubble and attacks Bardock allowing him to see the future. He is then shot and killed with a ki blast from Tora.
In dragon ball abringed he is very stupid, not being able to tell the past and future from the present.
